はじめまして。特定社会保険労務士の永井知子です。

国際労務専門の社会保険労務士事務所として、外資系企業の日本進出サポート、国内企業の海外進出サポート、国内での外国人雇用のサポートを総合的に行っております。

具体的には、海外赴任規程の作成や見直し、海外人材の雇用に関する労務監査、技能実習関連の体制整備や監理団体への各種サービス、国際労務を踏まえた労務コンサルティング・給与計算・社会保険事務などを横断的に行っております。

国内法の運用にも強く日本法令「最新改正対応！ 給与計算 標準ハンドブック」を2018年1月発売いたしました。他にも2020年1月発売の「外国人雇用 書式・手続マニュアル」など外国人雇用・海外労務関連の発行書籍が複数ございます。

It’s nice to meet you. I am Tomoko Nagai, a certified social insurance labor consultant.
Thank you for visiting the website of our office.

As a certified social insurance labor consultant specializing in international labor affairs, we provide comprehensive support for foreign capital companies expanding into Japan, domestic companies expanding into overseas markets, and domestic companies employing foreign nationals.

Specifically, we draft and review company regulations for overseas assignments, conduct labor audits related to the employment of foreign national, develop systems related to technical training and provide various services to supervisory organizations, and provide  labor consulting, payroll calculation, and social insurance administration based on international labor issues.

We can also provide services in English for overseas head offices and  foreign nationals.

We are also strong in the operation of domestic laws and regulations, and have published the “Latest Amendments! Payroll Handbook” was released in January 2018. In addition, we have published several books related to the employment of foreigners and overseas labor affairs, including “Manual of Forms and Procedures for Employment of Foreigners,” which was released in January 2020.

青山学院大学大学院　法学研究科　ビジネス法務専攻　人事労務コース　修士課程修了（ビジネスロー）
イギリスで語学留学後、外資系企業の人事部やアウトソーシング会社にて10年以上勤務。
主に給与計算・社会保険事務・就業規則見直し・労務相談等の業務を担当。
海外赴任に伴う給与計算・社会保険事務、外国人の労務管理について専門誌で多数執筆。
現在は、一般企業や団体の労務監査、外国人技能実習制度適正化事業の労務監査も行っている。

Master's Degree in Business Law, Aoyama Gakuin University Graduate School of Law
After studying language in the UK, I worked for more than 10 years in the human resources department of a foreign capital company and an outsourcing company.
I was mainly in charge of payroll calculation, social insurance administration, review of employment regulations, and labor consultation.
I have written many articles on payroll and social insurance administration for overseas assignments and labor management for foreigners in specialized magazines.
Currently, I also conducts labor audits for companies and organizations, as well as labor audits for the project to optimize the technical training system for foreigners.
